GRACYFIBER's polarization-maintaining fiber circulator (PM Circulator) is a three-port, high-precision micro-optical device designed to guide light beams along a strictly unidirectional path (Port 1 → Port 2 → Port 3) while perfectly maintaining the polarization state of the light wave. Manufactured using precisely aligned polarization-maintaining fiber, this device comprehensively covers the critical operating wavelengths from 1064 nm to 1650 nm. It effectively blocks back reflections and crosstalk from downstream optical paths and offers single-stage and dual-stage options to meet different levels of isolation requirements. With extremely low insertion loss, excellent polarization extinction ratio, and outstanding environmental stability, this product is the perfect barrier to ensure signal directionality and polarization purity in laser systems, telecommunications networks, high-end sensing, and quantum optics applications.

Pain points addressed/value: Completely prevents back-reflected light from returning and damaging the fragile emitting laser (Tx). In a dual-stage configuration at 1310/1480/1550 nm, it achieves peak isolation up to 50 dB and crosstalk up to 50 dB. This provides an unbreakable optical firewall for high-gain erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) and coherent transceivers.
Pain Points Solved/Value Boost: The entire product line boasts a minimum polarization extinction ratio (ER) of 20 dB (Note: ER decreases by 2 dB with connectors). In the manufacturing process, both the polarization-maintaining fiber and the connector key are precisely aligned with the slow axis, completely blocking the transmission of fast-axis light. This ensures absolute fidelity of polarization signals in complex interferometry and quantum communication systems.
For 1310/1480/1550 nm two-stage products, the typical insertion loss is only 0.7 dB, with a maximum of no more than 0.9 dB (Note: IL increases by 0.3 dB with connectors). The extremely low transmission loss, combined with a return loss of ≥50 dB, significantly reduces optical power budgets in long-haul transmission links or dense sensor networks.
Perfectly supports operating bandwidths of 1064 nm ($5 nm), 1310/1480/1550 nm ($30 nm), and 1650 nm ($20 nm). It boasts a continuous optical power handling capability of up to 300 mW and can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -5°C to 65°C, easily meeting the dual challenges of laboratory research and harsh industrial environments.
