We specialize in Fiber Array, PM components, and WDM solutions, with strong capabilities in optical design, precision alignment, and scalable packaging. Our products are widely used in optical transceivers, AI data centers, WDM-PON networks, and photonic systems.

About Gracyfiber

Gracyfiber was founded in 2014 by a technical team with over 25 years of experience in passive optical components. With an integrated manufacturing facility of over 2,000 m² and a skilled engineering team, we deliver stable, high-reliability products for demanding applications.

We specialize in high-performance passive optical components and precision photonic assemblies, with core product lines including:

GracyFiber not only provides optical device products, but also offers engineering support to customers, from solution design and prototype development to precision packaging and mass production. Leveraging our in-house capabilities in optical design, precision alignment, packaging, testing, and process development, we can provide stable and scalable customized optical solutions for various application scenarios.

01 Customized Optical Design

We provide optical simulation, device structure design, and customized solution development based on customers' optical architecture, coupling methods, wavelengths, packaging space, and application requirements.

02 Prototype Development & Engineering Validation

We support everything from proof of concept and prototype development to engineering validation, assisting customers in gradually optimizing product design and manufacturing processes to establish a stable foundation for subsequent mass production.

03 Precision Fiber Alignment & Photonic Packaging

We provide engineering support for precision fiber array alignment, polarization-maintaining control, micro-optical integration, and WDM hybrid integration, suitable for applications such as silicon photonics, AI optical interconnects, and high-performance optical communications.

04 Process Development & Volume Production

Through standardized process development, parameter control, and manufacturing platform construction, we improve the stability and repeatability of the product manufacturing process, supporting customers in smoothly transitioning from the sample stage to mass production.

05 Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement

For anomalies encountered during product development and production, we conduct failure analysis, root cause identification, and process optimization to continuously improve product consistency and manufacturing stability.

06 Custom Fixture Design

For high-precision optical assembly, alignment, and manufacturing requirements, we design specialized tooling and fixtures to improve assembly accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, and process repeatability.
