1. Product Description

This PM Isolator is a high-performance passive optical component designed specifically for Polarization-Maintaining (PM) fiber systems. Its primary function is to prevent back-reflected light from returning to the light source or system, thereby minimizing feedback interference and safeguarding the stable operation of core components. Compared to standard optical isolators, this product utilizes a "Panda" PM fiber structure; while ensuring unidirectional transmission, it also excels at preserving the polarization state of the optical signal, making it ideally suited for applications requiring high polarization fidelity and system stability. According to product specifications, this device operates stably across the 1310nm, 1480nm, and 1550nm wavelength bands and is available in both single-stage and dual-stage configurations, offering a balanced trade-off between isolation performance and insertion loss.
