Yes. Our OS2 single-mode duplex fiber optic patch cord is designed for long-distance transmission of 10G/40G/100G and even 400G, operating at wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm. The product is fully compatible with switches, routers, and long-distance optical modules (such as the LR/ER/ZR series) from major manufacturers (such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Arista, etc.), ensuring plug-and-play and seamless integration into your existing network architecture.
2. What are the insertion loss and return loss standards for this patch cord?
For single-mode transmission, end-face quality is crucial. We perform 100% 3D interferometer testing before shipment. The insertion loss (IL) of this single-mode patch cord is strictly controlled to ≤ 0.2 dB. Regarding return loss (RL), UPC polishing ≥ 50 dB, APC polishing ≥ 60 dB, ensuring extremely low optical signal attenuation and reflection even in ultra-long-distance trunk networks.
3. How adaptable is this product to various operating environments? Is the cable material durable?
We use high-quality G.652.D or G.657.A bend-insensitive fiber, greatly reducing micro-bending loss when cabling in confined spaces. Standard products support an industrial-grade operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Outer sheath materials are available in PVC, OFNR, or Low Smoke Halogen-Free (LSZH) to meet the fire protection and environmental protection deployment requirements of different countries and regions.
