1. Product Overview

  The PM FWDM Device is a polarization-maintaining (PM) filter-type 1480/1550nm WDM combiner/splitter designed specifically for PM fiber systems. It enables efficient combining or splitting of 1480nm pump light and 1550nm signal light within the same fiber. The device uses a filter-type structure with Corning PM15-U25D panda polarization-maintaining fiber, has a transmission wavelength range of 1535–1565 nm (Pass/Transmission) and a reflection wavelength of 1480±10 nm (Reflection). It can achieve low-loss and high-isolation channel management in C-band EDFA, amplification links, and ROADM/CATV systems. Typical transmission insertion loss is ≤0.8 dB, reflection end insertion loss is ≤0.6 dB, return loss is ≥50 dB, and it maintains good operational adaptability and environmental stability across a wide wavelength range of 1260–1620 nm.
