The micro-optical coupling process of polarization-maintaining devices is extremely complex, but we have a large-capacity, highly automated PM passive device packaging and cleanroom production line. For initial R&D prototyping or small-batch orders, rigorous high-standard testing (including extinction ratio and insertion loss testing) can typically be completed and delivered within 1-2 weeks. For large-batch orders for EDFA or coherent modules, the standard delivery time is strictly controlled within 3-4 weeks.
