1. For specific optical path designs, do you support customization of wavelength, splitting ratio, and polarization-maintaining axis (OEM/ODM)?
Fully supported. Leveraging strong original engineering and manufacturing capabilities, we offer in-depth micro-optics customization services. You can precisely specify specific transmission and reflection wavelength combinations (e.g., 980/1550nm, 1310/1550nm, etc.); specify the working axis of the polarization-maintaining fiber (slow axis or fast axis); and customize 250μm bare fiber or 900μm loose tubes according to the internal wiring of the chassis, as well as high-precision FC/APC polarization-maintaining connectors with narrow keys, perfectly matching your physical drawings.
2. How do you control delivery time and production capacity for large-scale bulk orders from optical module and amplifier manufacturers?
The micro-optical coupling process of polarization-maintaining devices is extremely complex, but we have a large-capacity, highly automated PM passive device packaging and cleanroom production line. For initial R&D prototyping or small-batch orders, rigorous high-standard testing (including extinction ratio and insertion loss testing) can typically be completed and delivered within 1-2 weeks. For large-batch orders for EDFA or coherent modules, the standard delivery time is strictly controlled within 3-4 weeks. The direct-supply model can reliably guarantee that your mass production milestones are progressing on time.
