GRACYFIBER's Red/Blue Band Fiber WDM Filter is an optical wavelength management device based on high-performance thin-film filter (TFF) technology, designed for precise combining and splitting of multi-band signals over a single fiber. This filter comprehensively covers an ultra-wide spectrum of 1260–1620 nm, supporting not only Red/Blue band wavelength separation in the core C-band but also providing various classic wavelength combinations such as 1310/1550 nm, 1550/980 nm, and 1310/850 nm. Utilizing precision manufacturing processes for an all-fiber structure, this device features ultra-low insertion loss, high channel isolation, and extremely low polarization-dependent loss (PDL). Whether integrated into miniature optical modules or deployed in metropolitan area networks, FTTx access networks, or complex system-level optical test platforms, it ensures efficient routing and absolute stability of backbone traffic.

(Designed specifically to solve your pain points of crosstalk and multi-service coexistence in single-fiber bidirectional transmission)
Solved Pain Points/Value: Capable of precisely separating the C-band red band (Red Pass: 1547.4~1561 nm) and blue band (Blue Reflect: 1530~1543.2 nm). This greatly unlocks the physical potential of single-fiber bidirectional (BiDi) DWDM systems, completely preventing Rayleigh scattering crosstalk in opposite-direction signals; simultaneously, it can also perfectly separate the 980 nm wavelength and 1550 nm signal wavelength used in EDFA pump lasers.
Pain points addressed/value benefits: Maximum transmission loss is strictly controlled at an extremely low 0.6 dB at both the transmission and reflection ends (only 0.4 dB at the reflection end). Combined with a maximum polarization dependent loss (PDL) of only 0.10 dB and in-band flatness (Ripple) of 0.3 dB, it saves you crucial optical power budget in long-distance cascaded networks and ensures polarization state stability of high-speed coherent signals.
Value: Transmit channel isolation up to ≥30 dB, reflective channel isolation up to ≥15 dB, and directivity up to ≥50 dB with return loss up to ≥40 dB. This forms a robust optical barrier, effectively filtering out out-of-band noise and residual pump light, significantly improving the optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) at the receiver.
Pain points addressed/value: The device can handle input optical power up to 300 mW and is compatible with various optical fibers depending on the wavelength configuration: such as HI1060 specialty fiber for 980nm pumping, standard SMF-28 single-mode fiber, and even OM1~OM5 multimode fiber. This provides optical module and amplifier developers with "one-stop" low-level device-level support.
This filter is a key component for achieving fiber optic resource multiplexing and optical path protection:
