![]()
GracyFiber Optical Fiber WDM Filter is a thin-film wavelength-management component designed to separate or combine different optical bands over a single fiber. The product family supports 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and C-band Red/Blue wavelength configurations, with the supplied product description specifying a nominal operating wavelength range of 1260–1620 nm.
The supplied documentation specifically identifies ultra-low insertion loss, high channel isolation, support for 1310 nm, 1550 nm and Red/Blue bands, and an industrial operating temperature range.
These applications are explicitly identified in the supplied product documentation.

Blue band:
1530–1543.2 nm
Listed package dimensions include:
The GracyFiber Optical Fiber WDM Filter provides wavelength-selective routing between two optical paths. Depending on the selected configuration, one wavelength band is transmitted through the pass port while another band is reflected to a separate optical path.
For C-band applications, the product supports dedicated Red and Blue wavelength regions. The Red-pass version transmits wavelengths from 1547.4 to 1561 nm while reflecting the 1530 to 1543.2 nm Blue band. The inverse configuration is also available, allowing the Blue band to pass while the Red band is reflected.
Additional configurations provide separation between significantly different wavelength bands. The 1550/980 version passes 1528–1565 nm and reflects 965–995 nm, while the 1310/850 version passes 1260–1360 nm and reflects 800–900 nm.
Across the listed configurations, maximum pass-path insertion loss is 0.6 dB, while maximum reflected-path insertion loss is 0.4 dB. Transmission isolation is specified at ≥30 dB and reflection isolation at ≥15 dB.
These wavelength-selective characteristics allow the component to combine or separate services operating in different spectral regions without requiring separate fiber infrastructure. The supplied product description positions the filter for multi-service routing, access networks, optical monitoring, and Red/Blue C-band separation.
In C-band optical systems, the filter can separate the defined Red and Blue spectral regions into different optical paths.
The Red-pass/Blue-reflect or Blue-pass/Red-reflect configuration allows the routing direction to be selected according to the system architecture. Red/Blue band separation is explicitly identified in the supplied application information.
Different optical services may operate around the 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelength regions while sharing common fiber infrastructure.
The WDM filter provides wavelength-selective routing for such multi-band optical systems, and 1310/1550 nm service coexistence is specifically listed as an application.
A wavelength filter can route selected wavelength regions toward monitoring or protection paths while allowing the primary optical band to continue through the main path.
The supplied documentation explicitly lists Optical Monitoring and Protection Paths as an application.
An optical WDM filter is a wavelength-selective component that separates or combines optical bands according to wavelength. GracyFiber’s product uses thin-film wavelength filtering for multi-band routing over a single fiber.
