GRACYFIBER's polarization-maintaining MT-MPO assembly is a pre-terminated multi-core fiber solution designed for efficient, parallel routing of multi-channel polarized light in extremely compact spaces. Manufactured using premium polarization-maintaining ribbon fiber (PM Ribbon Fiber) and industry-standard high-precision MT/MPO connectors, the assembly is available in high-density configurations of 8 cores (8F), 12 cores (12F), and 16 cores (16F). This breakthrough product supports an ultra-wide spectral coverage from 405 nm visible light to 1550 nm infrared communication bands. With extremely low insertion loss, stringent polarization axis alignment tolerances (±3°), and a modular design out of the box, it provides an extremely reliable link for quantum systems, laser arrays, and high-density sensor networks without the need for field splicing and calibration.

Features: Ultra-wide wavelength support (405 nm to 1550 nm) and multi-channel high-density architecture
Pain points solved/value: Not only does it cover the 1310/1550 nm (coherent communication) and 980/1064 nm (laser pumping) bands, but it also exceptionally supports short wavelengths such as 405, 460, 650, and 780 nm, as well as the visible light band. Combined with a multi-core strip-shaped side-by-side design of 8F/12F/16F, it meets the parallel transmission requirements of multiple special wavelength light sources in quantum computing and biomedical (OCT) devices within a very small space.
Features: Extremely precise K-key alignment tolerance (±3°) and high polarization purity
Solved Pain Points/Value: In the grinding and assembly process of MPO/MT ferrules, the mechanical alignment tolerance of the polarization axis (usually the slow axis) and the positioning key (K-key) is strictly controlled within ±3°. This ensures a stable polarization extinction ratio (ER) of ≥ 22 dB in the 980~1550 nm wavelength range, and maintains a high standard of ≥ 15 dB even in the extremely short wavelength range of 405~460 nm. It completely eliminates polarization distortion and signal fading during multi-core splicing.
Features: Excellent low insertion loss and high optical power handling capability
Pain points addressed/value: Maximum insertion loss as low as 1.6 dB in the 1310/1550 nm band. Each channel not only exhibits excellent consistency but also supports optical power handling capability up to 500 mW in the core communication band (100 mW for shorter wavelengths). This provides a safe and low-loss physical layer guarantee for efficient coupling of high-power multi-beam laser arrays.
Features: Flexible pre-terminated connectivity
Pain points addressed/value: Offers multiple interface combinations including MT-FA (for fiber arrays), MT-MT, MT-MPO, and MPO-MPO. Factory-grade high-precision pre-termination directly eliminates the extremely troublesome manual splicing and alignment problems of multi-core polarization-maintaining fibers for field engineers, enabling "plug-and-play" between devices.
Our polarization-maintaining MT-MPO components are the ultimate interconnecting nerves for highly parallel, stable polarization optical systems:
